MRYC offers a variety of rooms for private events from corporate meetings, receptions, family gatherings, wakes/memorials and holiday parties. Whether you desire a simple continental breakfast or an elaborate five course dinner, our kitchen offers something for every type of event.
Membership is not required for your special event.
For large or small meetings, luncheons, dinner receptions or other private events, Maumee River Yacht Club provides an exceptional variety of rooms. A casual reception, company picnic, or formal dinner can be accommodated in our waterfront setting. We offer an extensive menu selection created from our scratch kitchen. Let us take the stress out of planning for you and create a memorable event.
For business and social events, various table configurations are available to suit the needs of your event. Podium, screen, TV, and other equipment can be rented for a reasonable fee.
Located on the Maumee River, MRYC is minutes away from downtown Toledo. Our experienced, professional staff can be counted on to provide the outstanding service and amenities necessary to create a successful event.
Private Events
Facility Options for your event
Main Dining Room – Capacity 90; Features fireplace, full bar and view of the river. Can be rented with or without the deck.
Outdoor Deck Upstairs – Capacity 60; Features a magnificent view of the river. Can be rented with or without the Main Dining room.
Ballroom – Capacity 120; Features full bar, dance room, private restrooms, and covered porch overlooking the river.
Tap Room – Capacity 80; lower level, Features full bar, pool table, multiple TVs, popcorn machine and opens up to a covered patio with a view of the river.
Outdoor Covered Patio Downstairs – Capacity 100; Features covered patio, picnic tables, built-in grilling pavilion, and a view of the river. Can be rented with or without the Tap Room.
Pool Area – Capacity up to 100 with special arrangements; Features inground swimming pool, Tiki Bar, playground and a view of the river.
